2.How to place an order ? 
A: Register to place an order from website system;
B: Email the item ID with size&color&quantity&delivery address to info@ecaven.com or your sales assistant;
C: Chat with our on-line consultant or any other on-line communication tools like MSN, Skype by offering us an order.
No matter whitch way you choose, we will send you an invoice with shipping quoted by email. The goods are prepared once full payment is received, tracking number will be mailed to customer accordingly.

4. I can¡¯t find the item I¡¯m looking for. How can I search for it?
Search for the item by keyword, otherwise you can either search the name of the 
item or a style number of the item ( ID ). Meanwhile, we welcome you to inform us

5. Price with shipping charge or without?
Price is for the wholesale price without shipping charge included.
 
6. How is the shipping charge if I would like to place an order?
Shipping charge is calculated according to different country, total goods weight or 
quantities. Please inform us your precise order (Item ID, quantity, final destination ) 
and your details contact information, our sales staff will reply you in time. 
 
7. Could you tell me your minimal order?
We are focusing on wholesaling the goods worldwide. Summing up the different 
demands of our customers, we would like to accept 20 pieces in one item as our 
minimal order!  You can set up a trial order to test the high quality of our products 
and our best service. Any dissidence please consults with our sales staff.  
 
8. What if my order is not sent?
Orders that are not delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, 
thus, please confirm your contact information with us before package is shipped out.
Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be 
sent to the customer and will only be resent upon the transaction confirmed again. 
 
9.What is your returns and refund policy?
Returns of defected item within 7 days of receipt, could be exchanged, and if a 
refund is requested, the refund will be issued based on full amount paid minus 
shipping charges.
Returns must be in the original condition,tags and labels and must still be attached 
with no sign of removal, and the original packaging materials must be included. Returner has to be  responsible for the shipping.
